Alumni Communications
The purpose of alumni communication is to share timely, relevant, and important information with the general alumni body. This includes NAASU business, institutional updates, urgent opportunities, call to action, deadlines, and other official notices that require direct and broad distribution.
This communication channel is intended for standalone announcements and urgent or time-sensitive information. It is not intended for newsletter content or recurring newsletter features. Submissions meant for the alumni newsletter must follow the separate newsletter submission process and timeline.
NOTE: Alumni communications will be distributed on a bi-weekly basis unless otherwise determined.
The Bear Tracks Newsletter
We love celebrating the accomplishments, milestones, and stories of our alumni community! Use this form to submit your stories, news, announcements, recipes, life moments, or highlights for inclusion in the monthly Alumni Newsletter. The Bear Tracks represents the lasting footprints Shaw alumni leave in their professions, communities, and the world. It celebrates the journeys, achievements, and continued impact of the Shaw Bear legacy.
Please submit by the 15th of the month prior to the newsletter release.
